Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc CSIT) is a four-year, eight-semester undergraduate degree programme offered by Tribhuvan University (TU), the oldest and largest public university in Nepal. The curriculum is designed by the Institute of Science and Technology (IOST) and covers foundational computer science, mathematics, statistics, and advanced elective specialisations.

Each semester includes five to six subjects with a mix of theory lectures and laboratory practicals. Examinations are conducted by the TU Board of Examination, and students must pass both the internal assessment (20 marks) and the final board examination (60 marks for theory, 20 marks for lab) in order to obtain credit. The pass mark threshold is 40% in theory (24 out of 60) and 40% in practical (8 out of 20).
